Yes, exactly what Taylor said. It's on funorb, which Jagex made awhile ago, and the minigames that are multiplayer allow you to talk to friends between games. I do sometimes have friends who will ask me what am i doing to have that in there friends list, and all you have to tell them is funorb. Simple as that. Anything on the friends list that say some weird name, are created by Jagex and no other game will be able to communicate with RS.
