Comedy Section thing.

I suggest we have a section for Comedy. By section, I mean a place like "General Discussion" or "Spam". it would be fun, and funny. this could be the first thread

The only problem is that the section may be inactive.

However it is a good idea. If we do implement this idea, we should make it a subforum in spam.

Ah well I suggested it being added at Rune-Server but under the name Humour the section is set out like this:

-Humour
--Jokes
--Pictures
--Videos
--Misc

and it's extremely popular.
