theres no point in anger weapon smuggle
the npcs just have a high effectiveness with the weapons

It's simply the npcs moron, like some npcs are weak vs crush weapons, the anger npcs are weak vs the weapon. I've smuggled out the area effect, and the mace with it. It does no extra damage to the npc, just a steel weapon.
