Make sure you wield no weapon no shield.
Whip in 3rd row 3rd place in inventory.
Press F1
Rightclick Kick
Press F4
Hover your mouse over Kick and your whip
Click 2 times really quick.

You will now be kicking with the attack bonus, strength bonus and speed of a whip.

Enjoy it till it gets fixed.

I tryed with a rune scim and kick as im f2p, and it didnt seem to work.

Im pretty sure it worked, considering the scimmy already has a str training option and that is the one you were on. ;)
