I tried this at EdgeVille, I don't know if It's gonna work anywhere else...

Lol, nice find :P, there certainately are ALOT of graphical bugs with this update and hmm LF2_v1.9c what could that be xD

There is lot of graphical glitches like this.
You can find many of them on the official Runescape forum in the thread:
Runescape hd feedback. Lot of members are postings bugs that they encountered and that may still works.

Good luck.
And, lot of "Gay" things in this picture lol.
