You may reply like this.

"I think I've seen this already been done"
"I think you leeched this, I saw it leaked in other places"
"Nice finding out how to do the bug, but it's old already."
"Nice finding out how to do the bug, but I think this bug is so easy"
"I'm sorry but I believe you didn't find this"

Indeed.

This rule is also targeted towards the exploiters.

We don't want members feeling bad or leaving ezud becuase they did a bug or glitch that has been found before.

sweet, now the leechers can roam free and feel happy about themselves because they leech a bug and post 'i discovered this!'

Well then rather then being a Svew and letting other people find and claim bugs, why not claim it first with a simple screenshot and nothing more.
