Possible Fally Massacre Revival?

Recently I ran into several people who were walking around in GE world 2 with blue skulls, and I was wondering, if this glitch causes Runescape to think you're still in BH - does this mean is there a way that you could attack people (maybe even get items?) anyone who wants to test this I'd love to hear your conclusion!
Also, I haven't been able to get to BH and try this out yet I am not at home, so could anyone tell me how one goes about having a blue skull outside BH?

Well you can't anymore..Jagex patched to where you can only be attacked in certain areas.

Unfortunate ... There has to be some interesting glitches that can derive from this, though. Just requires a bit of thought.
