So while i was trying to steal items (I tried everything) I stumbled across this.

What happend was i borrowed some strangers rune scim stuck them in the deposit box at edge bank, waited till he logged out and in.

To his suprise, his item has not returned! And it didnt get returned for half an hour while i watched videos on youtube and occasionaly laughed at his agony.

simply put, as soon as you deposit withdraw or close that interface it goes back to the player.

Although I was un successfull at stealing the weapon. I still got something out of the update.[/hide]

It's not the dismantle. It's a bug that let's you keep someone's item as long as a certain interface is up. And they can't get it back till you close it. So with an autoclicker you could technically "steal" an item. But you can't use it.

[hide=30]Jagex changed this, and now when u do this, u keep the item as lended, with red dot, but its really hard to keep it forever, u only keep it as long as this is still up, i've managed to keep it for like 5 secs, but i can keep it for ever.. any ideas??[/hide]
