Hide Hack Mod
 

I know there is a mod or something to do what I'm trying to show.

For example:
Normal Members - Can only see through hide hack if they have the correct number of posts

Supporter - Can only see through hide hack if they have the correct number of post OR the hide hack is less than or equal to 300 posts.

Donators - Can only see through hide hack if they have the correct number of posts OR the hide hack is less than or equal to 600 posts.

Exploiters - Can only see through hide hack if they have the correct number of posts OR the hide hack is in the Exploitation forum category OR the hide hack is less than or equal to 300 posts (unless they have paid for Donator, then it would be 600)

Mods, Super Mods, and Admins can see through all hide hacks.

The amount of supporters and donators have tripled, and although this is good, the number of leechers and spammers has multiplied by tenfold. You may say we buy so-and-so to see through the hide hacks, but money can only go so far.

Okay, so maybe this suggestion is wrong, but something should still be done. People seem to assume if you have colors you aren't a leecher, this is not true at ALL! Half the people buy it because they are a leecher. I'd say that 70% of normal members are leechers and spammers, but there are still a lot of people that aren't. Something needs to be done about this. There needs to be a rank below Supporter that people can get nominated for so they can get a "color". I mean c'mon people we don't want segregation.

Only problem then would be people that would do something like this:

[hide=601] ----example----[/hide]

Then Nobody would be able to see if except for mods+ (and of course people with required posts). So then when that would start happening there would have to be a rule requiring people to set the amount of posts equal to the amount of awesome the glitch/exploit is.

But wasn't the reason we payed for donor/supporter was so we could get the exclusive section and see through all the hide hacks? Should this go into place then I'm sure some people would complain that they aren't getting what they paid for because it was changed, etc, etc (not saying I would do that, but its possible some other people might).

You can't make people pay for something then take it away from them without a refund. However if this concept had been released before people started paying it would have been great.

I agree with you. Nothing more to say.

I'm not necessarily saying that the leeching is being done in the Exploitation forum; it's just that way too many people are buying it just so they can see through the hide hack. There isn't a really big thing that would make people want to buy it besides them being able to see through it.

I personally prefer how it is now.

Think about this; It only needs one person to pay $3 for all the bugs on Ezud to be leaker to jagex. This would near enough enliminate that.

But Jagex employees aren't allowed to buy it! It breaks the ToS of the forum.

tsk tsk don't you think Jagex is civil?

Isn't that one of the reasons of buying it?
