I'll be posting glitch ideas for people to try out. I don't know if they're glitches that have been found already, or things that have long ago been patched, they're just things I've found in game that could be greatly abused.

Buy Mage Exp:
Smuggle GP into Alchemist Playground at the Mage Training Arena, and deposit into the coin collector. You get coins back, mage exp, and alchemist points.(Normally coins can only be gained by alching the items, and the max alch price is 30gp, so it's slow.. I know 1k gold is ~3k mage exp, so if you could smuggle in GP, it's like 4.5m for 99 mage.)

This is an idea back from the original tainted-ones and has been tried again and again, not a bad idea at all - but due to new precautions the arena simply steals your coins and kicks you out.

Coins inside the mage arena has its own ID, so if you brought normal gp in there, it wouldnt accept it

This has to do with the items having their own ID. It used to be possible to steal the rune longswords there and sell them.

I remember there used to be a glitch for that.

Good thinking, but this has already been done. Patched now.

Alright, I thought I may have seen it somewhere else before, I was just at the MTA today and noticed that.

too bad you are all so simple minded, i bet none of you have even done it.

if you have, you would know that it doesn't kick you out of the arena, just takes your coins.

must have changed then, used to just say you aren't allowed these coins in the arena and took them.

idk how true this is but i heard that they had there own id fo the gp in mage traing areana?

There is 2 coin items, there are 2 of each of the items.

Alching the items you get from there gives id 2.
Alching regular tiems gives id 1.

Mage training arena only takes id 2.

So it WONT work.

Theirs three item id's for coins, six if you want to be really technical. Regardless this has become a spam fest lock the topic?

while in there try to drop the coins fast, so they get un area based. i never try'd stuff with the area but you could try it.

1. Every item inside that area has a different ID then the actual item and are not tradable.

2. As some others said earlier, trying to deposit smuggled coins in there will result in it just stealing your coins and giving you no xp.
