Is 200 degrees celsius + normal for a graphics card?

As I asked in the title, is a graphics card supposed to be this hot? Over the past hour it's dropped to 187.3 degrees Celsius. How should I cool it down? (without shutting down)
Thanks.

That's about two times hotter than the boiling point of water. That's way too hot. I'd just turn your computer off before you fry the card.

Or cook some pork chops on that shit.

Any suggestions on how I should cool this shit down?

Well there's a lot of variables. Such as how new/old your comp is. The amount of space in it, and if your videocard is frying for what you're running on the computer..A few ways to do it. Instal another fan into your desktop. Leave the cover off. Buy a new comp.

Installed a new fan. Brought the temps down to around 160 degrees... Still waaay to hot. It still goes over 200 when I play games like GTA4, Sims 3 and Left 4 Dead. Some games makes it run hot, and others don't. Like WoW. That game doesn't make it run hot at all. And for some reason the CPU is at 7degrees. Never more than 10, even while playing games.

First of all, make sure your computer has plenty of air.. I was always worried about my stuff frying, so I installed extra fans from old computers and left the side panel off 24/7. 200 Celsius is definitely wayyy too hot. It might be good if you turned off some of the higher quality settings in the games, that could be overworking your card.

I think my card is fried. Tried playing WoW, and it lagged so much it just stopped responding and closed. Also, now in system properties it's telling me only 2.2 GB of ram is usable from 3 GB. That means my video card is using my ram, and it has it's own dedicated memory. So you tell me what's going on here.

Maybe your computer's thermometer is jacked up.
