jagex maybe didnt realize big bh benifit?
 

ok this is what happens

[hide=150]go to bh, ill someone pick up thier items, you get 3 min pen right?
well i kinda found a way to get rid of it; i discovered this on accident btw lol
1.get pen(cant leave pen)
2.kill ur targ
3.walah! u lose ur pen!
4.pick up targs items if good
5.leave with no pen and all ur items + pked! w00t[/hide]

This isn't a bug.. obviously you lose pen when you kill targ.

Ok well.. its not a bug but its usefull... i mean you could pk ags and tele to targ, if you were lucky enough to get a 1 itemer, kill him and walk out.
