Umm... Although some warez have viruses, if you download from a reputable warez site, it's usually clean. And you can always:
1. Read the comments
2. Upload it to virusscan.jotti.org as viruses (besides browser exploits) that can maliciously harm your computer without running the executable are extremely rare.
