Is some one ddosing you??
Then i offer you my ISP report skills..
But you need to know their ip.

So what you do.
You give me the persons ip.
Tell me what he has done. I will report the ip to ISP i will force them to take the person off the network or atleast give them a warning.

(Im sorry guys i can only report ddos attacks since some other ISP contacted my ISP for invalid reports)
