From highest to lowest, admins are the best, newbie is the worst.

Programmer won't be added, that'll be going off topic for the forums. Why do we need 2 registered user ranks? I think registered user is fine. Legend is too early for this forum.

No. Ezud is about bugging and not programming. If you want to program than go to computer school and do it.

Programming forums need programmers (aka, homeless people). This is a bug abuse forum. Unless the job description of a programmer is "find bugs in the online game runescape and write guides about it" than programmers are worthless here.

Which brings us to the point, there is no programmer rank. You can create whatever you want with your computer (idc) and put it in the "other" sections but you don't get a rank for it.
