Range Banned?
 

On a thread by Ice apparently he was range banned... what does this mean?

That means he was range IP banned.

For example if his IP was 127.0 .0.1
He would get banned from 126.0 .0.1 - 128.0 .0.1

Makes it harder to avoid a ban.
