for sotw anyone who enters with a sig that looks like it took more than 5 mins (or approved by vista) should get like 10 or 20 rep and anyone who votes should get like 3 or 4 rep. this will create a lot more activity in the sotw and it will be much more successful if u do this.

I could check who voted, even in a poll that doesn't show it. Also usually you could tell if the sig took more then 5 minutes. I don't think this is a bad idea considering everyone want to be rep whores :D.
