I'm sure the chances of it getting unlocked are 0, since Jagex is aware he died. Same with the name "Runescape" :) everyone has the password, but it'll never be unlocked.

Yup. A hacking forum is flooding Jagex with unlock requests, and as for anyone who used to try to recover old accounts, the more requests, the more chances of one of them going through.
