Ok well i guess i will go through with the points i am trying to make.

I think members who show they are perhaps worthy of this title but not perhaps as staff should be able to get a rank. The rank is all about the:

• Trusted
• Community Member
• Post Quality
• Level-Headed
• Intelligent
• Active

The rank have absolutely no staff powers, they are just shown as distinguished members. When i talk of distinguished this is what i mean:

Distinguished members are a little like veterans, different by the fact that they don't need to be old to become ranked. They are capable of all the things listed.

The Rank:

The rank color could be a light blue/whitish color. It holds no staff power whatsoever, it could be used as a stepping stone to staff?

This is like Veteran rank, with more features.

We are too young to consider ranks like these.

Site age really doesnt play into this though does it?
The rank is based on character and intelligence, both of which
have no relationship with the sites age.

We don't need any more ranks...

I think reputation well distinguishes members. Although the people that just give rep over and over and over for no reason OH GOD WHAI??? kind of ruin the benefit.

Hell no not this soon, I remember on rsunlocked a wave surge of people having their friends spam the elections thread to get em a 'rank'.

Atleast wait till this board is 1yo+ Then limit it to atleast 1-2 dm nomination per month or 2 months.

I don't think there should be any nominations in any case. If they really deserve the rank, Envy or I will notice it. We aren't blind.

You do know members shouldn't have any say regarding promotions. It's all up to staff - if it were up to members, then people would win due to favortisim.
