Make sure you wield no weapon no shield.
Whip in 3rd row 3rd place in inventory.
Press F1
Rightclick Kick
Press F4
Hover your mouse over Kick and your whip
Click 2 times really quick.

You will now be kicking with the attack bonus, strength bonus and speed of a whip.

Enjoy it till it gets fixed.
