Welcome our first ever promoted admin Fatality !!!!

He will do his job very very well! I am not promoting anyone to take his smod position since it's going to throw everything out of whack. Fatality will have all of his smod powers but not all admin powers meaning he can't take backups, manage subscriptions and things like that, but he will be able to change profiles etc.

He's deserved it give him a round of applause.
