I have a feeling your doing something with packets. I'm able to open skill guides/things like the fletching menu(Cut X) with packets, although they're not functional.
The fact you're 90+hp(meaning an experienced account) without multiple tab usage is also beyond me if it's a functional bank ;l
Nice find anyways, I can't open the bank with packets. Yet. :)
