I was going through some old e-mails and couldn't help but laugh at this, it was from uthrax was up.

Hello there.
I am here to report illegal activity done on - http://uthrax.com/forums/index.php
This website is based around runescape "bug abuse". Jagex®, RuneScape® and FunOrb® are registered trade marks of Jagex Limited in the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries. This website or as they call themselves an "organization" is in direct breach of not only their terms and conditions but ALSO their original 15 rules that are strictly followed by all the games player(s).

In the following paragraphs I will be showing you excepts from the Jagex® website that shows the terms that the website (www.uthrax.com/forums/index.php) is violating.

This link shows the appropriate manner in which a Runescape fan site should be created, and what should be allowed. Please read the following caption from section 5. Titled: 5. Do you have any conditions that you would like Fan Sites to abide by?

Yes we do. Please see the below:

" 1. The site should abide by our Terms and Conditions.

2. The site should not promote any activity that is against our Rules of Conduct.

3. The site should not publish an article, text or images taken from any of our websites without permission. If we do give you permission, you must acknowledge the relevant site as the source, and link back to the site.

4. The site should not link to or promote any adult sites, or sites that conflict with Jagex interests.

5. The site should not promote any sites or information that provide or support hacking, software piracy or other illegal activities. "

The forum I have brought to your attention is conflicting with not one, not two, but all 5 of these rules. This could lead to external issues such as lawsuits, and mean trouble for the hosting company (you), and I truthfully do not think that ***** is a place anybody would like to be in or involved with.

Here is another excerpt taken from the link:

You must not use or attempt to use any cheats or errors which you find in our software. Any exploits which you find must be immediately reported to Jagex through Customer Support. "

YET! This forum chooses to in a sense "make fun of Jagex ltd" by purposely trying to find and exploit ingame glitches, yet another reason that the owners of this "organization" would end up in *****, followed possibly by you for information in other words - Just another hassle to you good people.

Approximately half a page down you will find the Intellectual property rights. Here is what the paragraph(s) state:

You must not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any Jagex Product client software in any way (except to the extent allowed by applicable law). Also, this forum has not only breeched nearly all of Jagex Ltd's terms of use, but have also broken the usa internet law of protection against online attacks and have dosed *Denial Of Service* me and several others, which is also grounds for suing.

Thank you for your time and concern with this manner, and I hope that this forum can be taken off line due to the reasons listed.
