Index directory?

Anybody have any idea why my website shows all the directorys?

My domain provider sets it to go to http://demondistort.com/forum, but it wont go there :S

There's no index file.. make index.php contain this:

No >.> I mean the directory level above forum.. so go in forum and then go out of it xD. It may or may not be public_html.
