All this affirmative action and what not is just concealing the real problem behind ezud. New staff who are just pretty much the old staff with a few people getting shuffled around isn't going to fix anything. I just took this picture 2 minutes ago, and it shows the hole that ezud is in:

The new forums have pretty much failed, the bug abuse section is pretty much dead, the only forum that ever contains new posts in the farewells section, and that is is because people are leaving. Don't flame me for pointing out the obvious, but if ezud wants to weather this storm, something other than giving some people shiny name colours needs to be done
