Ban Mezalza

Mezalza scammed and should be banned. He hasn't suddenly changed; if he got the chance to scam more he would. Experience tells me that nearly all people forgiven for scamming do it again. If he doesn't get banned then theres something wrong with the admins on this site; not that we didn't know that already because fatality litterally scammed ben.

Fat and Fatality using their trust went into a trade with Ben to buy his account. They claimed they would pay 30m when they had the money therefore ben -trusting an admin- gave over the account. During the following week fat and fatality used this account to pk and used 5m cash AND lost full void (Takes about 15 hours to get). But its their money IF they pay up right?

Well Fatality pulls out of the offer and Fat (already banned for attempting to scam) payed ben 12M and said that 'He would pay the rest later' - like we haven't heard that one before. Ben now fed up with the trade decided to exit it before he lost his whole account - my moneys on it would have taken over 14 days to 'get' the rest of his cash (Ahem - Recoveries). He took the 12M as payment of the money and void that Fat and Fatality used from the account and as the 4m Fat scammed Dannymet.

Fair? Apparently not as Ben was banned yesterday; now which is worse - scamming (Mezalza) or damage limitation (Ben). You decide. Mezalza remains unjustly unbanned.

And Fatality's role is this needs to be reviewed because he used his trust to access the account then procceeded to use 5m and then withdrew from the trade

I agree with you on discussion about ben and what happend, if you're going to lose somebodys items/cash on their account then you NEED to pay that back, so why exactly is ben banned? no reason at all.

i don't know about mezalza scamming, so wont state my opinion on it.

Sorry Siyico for unlocking this but i need to clear up a few points before i close this. #1 EoS i did not use my trust to get access to Ben's account. I was interested in it and asked if i could use it until i buy it and he said yes. #2 I had no part in the loss of his full void, that was all fat trying to xfer the money onto the account. #3 I did not scam Ben in any way shape or form, even he said i didn't. So before you go making threads to back up your friend i suggest you get your facts straight before you make yourself look like a fag.

I would like to say that I trust Ben, and the only admin I trust is Envy.

With things like this Ezud is going to die, so please, can't we all be friends?
Ben still owes me a password of a phisher, and he can't tell me because he is banned.

Im just asking for a unban, because Mezalza isn't banned and Ben is, so all I am asking is to unban Ben, and forget all of this.

Also, whats above the stuff you posted in the picture?And, you two losed stuff on his account, so that has to be payed?I dont know if he got his account back, but if not,that will suck.I suggest you give it back, or pay him.

Goller do you listen, i told you do not post in this thread to begin with. Next this is another reason why i closed this thread, because people who aren't involved and don't know whats going on make random assumptions. Mezala is unbanned because he was willing to work out a deal to repay fat, and he was ok with the deal. So basicly they are even. Now onto your little suggestion... i offered to get ben the full void back but he did not want me to stay on the account for that long, so how am i at fault. Next me and fat offered to give him like 15m to pay for the lost items + void and give the account back in the condition its in, and ben did not really want that he wanted us to buy it. Also the stuff that's blocked out in the convo is personal stuff, which i do not share with random people. If your extremely interested in what it said i would be glad to tell you. Finally i will not unban him because he owes you a password, if you want it so bad take it up with him on msn.

Wow you make yourself look more immature every time you speak. Not only can you not read, but you also apparently cant listen. Even Ben himself said i did not scam him... What more proof is needed. Also the only reason why this is in ezud discussion is because the other fail's at putting topics in the right section.

Just because i am trusted doesn't mean i "Used" my trust to get access.

You did "Use" your trust as without it you wouldn't have got onto the account. You obviously indirectly used as you didn't message him on MSN saying "I'm trusted let me on your account". Nethertheless you used it.

I don't believe it is a scam to ask to use an account before you actually pay for it.

Obviously not. Just like taking someone for a ride in your car isn't murder; its what you do while on the journey.

I did not use all the money on the account, infact when been got back on the account weeks later it had more money then it did to begin with.

While you were on the account ben also had access. During this 6 hour time gap he would check on the account and make sure was everything was in its place. He saw the money gradually decline and was getting worried that you wouldnt pay up. One day he logged and nothing was on it - no void, no money. He obviously started to panic but still waited to hear your response. This is when it started to become 'Fats problem' and you backed out of the trade offering to phish some of the money back. Ben just wanted his money therefore said yes to this despite the risk. Fat started phising money and when 12M was on the account fat said there would be a delay in recieving the rest ( I forget the reason). Ben then thought 'I'm not having this all over again' and took what he could to limit the damage.

If you didn't scam Ben then Fat did? Fat was on the account because Ben trusted you and hence him with access.
