EndOfStory? has a spectacular aura aboutEndOfStory? has a spectacular aura aboutEndOfStory? has a spectacular aura about
Default [Approved] Public Jury: Mezalza.

First of all quote from Envy:

If you'd like I would allow you to make a poll on if Mezala should stay banned or not
Everytime someone scams or get scammed the ban always come down to either a screenshot or just simply trusting one person more than another. This shouldn't be enough. In order to make sure that the right action is taken for this case -and maybe others in the future - the decision is going to go down to the public. The incident will be discussed allowing people to thorughly access eachothers accounts and we will hopefully figure out what the correct soloution is.

In the case of Mezalza I obviously have a strong opinion about wether or not he should be banned but for the sake of running this topic I will be taking a neutral stance. I will offer people to come forward to give their accounts of the incidents and then allow for public discussion. After this initial stage is over if a soloution isn't obvious a poll will be added in which the public will decide and MUST post the reason for their choice.

EVIDENCE AGAINST
This is a screen shot taken shortly after the offence happened, I'm sure all the people who were in the shoutbox will confirm this:

A quote from Envy via a PM:
Quote:
Mezala is unbanned simply because Fatality and Fat came to arrangements with him
Do YOU think this is enough. At the time Mezalza scammed because he wanted money. He took 115m (I think). Although directly scamming Fat he indirectly abused all of our trust for him, then should it not be ALL of us who decide the terms of the agreement? Fat was obviously happy to recover his losses and get out of here, what would he think if he was in OUR position?

PUBLIC OPINION

Why mezela should be banned tho:
he scammed for no purpose - ppl still don't trust him because of this.
Fat:

he even said Pixels>Friends...So yeee FAIL

Theres a few more but im going to end this section here.

Forgiven?

Public opinion:

Mezalza:
Quote:
bringing things from the past back to try and get someone he has a grudge with banned
I'll reply to this personally: In my opinion the past isn't a week or two. Apart from you scamming what else would have caused the grudge?

And thats if for that Section:

INFORMATION I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW
We know 'quote Mezalza':
Quote:
agreed I would help Fat with all trasnferrs , protect him with my clan, I'm even going to give him a PK Leader rank if he ever gets a account to join my clan which i would not say the name to and more I would not like to tell the public about that you don't know about
What do you not want the public to know about?

What actually occured in the scam/how it happened.

An personal account from Mezalza

A personal account from Fatality - because fat is unavailiable and you were 'involved with fat'.

Post away with your opinions for now.
