New Bug Abuse Section.

The new section added was Official Bugs.

This is where exploiters, smods, and admins will either post new threads or move threads into this section to attempt to prevent the posting of duplicate threads.

Please before posting a new thread inside the bug abuse section, check the Official Bug section to make sure that a similar thread is not in there.
