Sorry but Vista hands-down overreacted here. If he thinks that a childish comment bruising his self esteem is enough of a reason to release someone's IP to hackers who could cause GREAT financial harm to their target, then he should never again be allowed on this site.

I don't know how anyone could feel safe around someone who is prone to overreact so badly time and time again.

Dont worry about it :)

I never understood why people got so bothered about their MAC adress and I.P anyway. since your I.P can be changed and your MAC address masked.
