All members should be able to view and post in it, but for the sake of privilige, donators could be the only ones who could start threads.

Tbh you don't donate for privilige. You donate to help out a site as awesome as Ezud.
I think the blackmarket should be availble for everyone. One person can't keep a blackmarket active, psh.

I actually brought that up to Envy when he first created it, and although I think it'd be more beneficial to have it public, for the time being Envy wants it to be donator only, sorry.

It should stay as it is, less scammers and also ezud wont become based around black market.
