Hey, I do not think that is true...I mean Jagex never banned for bugs, just from bug abuse. Let me check the new rules....

Edit: It says: "Knowingly exploiting a bug" and then:
"You must not use or attempt to use any cheats or errors which you find in our software. Any exploits which you find must be immediately reported to Jagex through Customer Support."

-This was around before the rule update, I still do not think that Jagex banns for them.

The glitches I know, that are not fixed: Evil tree delayed root glitch, Acrobat glitch, null walk (I dont move my feet when I am moving, when I am not moving I look like sitting down), A few Forced Teleports, Familiar in building mode, Building mode on everywhere, Butler dupe, Goblin everywhere, Noclip (POH) and I can be a penguin around runescape.
