Its fixed now.

heres how it worked:
[hide=10]The tutorials shop was lumbys, you couldnt swtich tabs, but selling items switched tabs to the player stock. From there you could buy runes for confuse, which gave magic exp. YOu could also teleport off with varrock teleport. If I can somehow get a law rune on, I can smuggle any item as equipping a training bow teleported you back.

There is still a way of doing this but it takes forever.
