awant to point out you talk about a socket control, which does not do anything i used csocket modules not winsock.ocx because i knew it was a ocx..

on form1 formload it asks for lblip.caption = sck.localip

thats how peoples ip are shown i did it to give a techy feel.

I can confirm that nothing is wrong with this, you guys are just TOO paranoid. I've netstated after startup, no connections mean that it's not a botnet or a keylogger. I netstated while running the program, and it connects to an ip, why wouldn't it. If it's one you don't recognize, it's probably because you're using a freehost. FBI has done nothing wrong, you just think that he's out to get you.

check your msconfig in startup aswell you will see no registry values edited at all..

i do not know what to tell you satax about a explorer.exe because that has nothing to do with mine. mine is the application name which is. Project1in my project1- properties -MAKE - project title.


I do not even use a socket, or anything else, and a botnet in explorer? go to command prompt, type netstat

I didn't get on anyone's side. SaTaX just saw some suspicious stuff in the coding and wanted to make sure the program was safe.

id also appreaciate my thread pruned of bad comments and reopened or permission to start a new thread when i finish the recovery version of this so people can auto set recovs on accounts.

oh and if anyone has been hacked id like to know because no one here has reported of any 'hacking' and if this was backdoored someone would have.

FBI. Merecide is just a weird guy, he flames and makes jokes of everything.
He just took a random DLL, scanned it and lol posted it to scare people.

I'm going to check the explorer.exe injection and I'll see.
If the explorer.exe is to an IP nothing affliated with your program , then I am sorry about the trouble, but as I said, I said it's suspicious, and I'm sorry if I took a bad title, maybe it makes the understand bigger.
