three people have told me it's server side, if you're willing to meet me in-game and show me something deleted then i'll think otherwise.

I discovered it, it is acually a server and client side but wen u get out and back u see the rug is back to normal but its client side and server side at same time

this is client side, it shows to everyone who was there when it happened but when you reload that area it goes back to normal.
