Ability to keep your combat level without '+' ( no pouches in inventory ).

umm, lets see.. if someone has 81 summoning and 136 combat, and they go to pvp world without familiar or pouch, their level will show 126+10. However if they have pouch in inventory or familiar summoned they will have 136 combat.
