can you cast spells using the runes outside of fog?

You can't cast spells using the runes from fog. Vanity isn't even smuggling them out of the game, simply out of the waiting room where nothing is activated anyways.

Yes , it doesnt matter from where u smuggle it , even if u got it activated outside , can trade / sell anything , your spells are highlighted but it will say u dont have enough runes cause it check for area ...

If u got runes "activated" then you can trade them but if receiving person dont got it "activated" then interacting with it will cause dissapearing of runes
