I recently bought a domain from www.optinom.com. Bought the domain etc but HOW do i make it redirect to the page i want? o_O.

I think you have to login on the website you bought it from and enter the ip of the website you want it to redirect to.

Change the name servers on your host to those that the domain is hosted on. There should be a FAQ on the domain site to help you.
