Ok so I found out.
It's someone from germany using giga-hosting.biz.
His IP connects with 50 IP's from the same range.
They have an e-mail for abusing and i'll see what I do.

Like, this looks like a misunderstanding and FBI showed me enough code & proof to my answers.
I still call it weird-coded lol, but meh.

I apologize to FBI because people talked about him badly because of me.
