Some Re-Organization

As you may have noticed, I have done some small re-organization of the forum boards. I have added some better SEO keywords, linking, and indexing. I have moved, added, and subtracted certain sections.

Go search and figure it out yourself ;)

PS. We have a runescape guides section now...get posting guides!

I hope this makes a little more logical order. If you have a suggestion to improve it further, post that here.

On another note, past permissions allowed anyone to post new threads inside the News and Updates section of the forum. These permissions have been fixed. Only members allowed to post new threads are Moderators, Super Moderators, and of course Administrators.
Certain sections have been renamed in order to put in more google indexes. This will highly increase our numbers even more in the upcoming months. The Bug Abuse section (Exploitation) has changed its sections to index the words RuneScape Bug Abuse together, meaning we have a higher chance of being on top when someone looks up some bugs.
