I agree with what #21 says.
Not only do we notice members, the other staff members do as well. They're constantly discussing with me who will be a good candidate for Moderator or any other staff rank. Nominations aren't on Ezud simply because in most cases it becomes a popularity contest. Best part is there aren't any guidelines making promotions completely surprising.
